Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is our flagship small group training session at Impact 24/7 Chelsea Heights. Programmed in-house by our head coach, each block runs 8–12 weeks and finishes with a testing day so you can track your progress. You’ll tackle a wide variety of exercises—from compound lifts to functional movements—designed so beginners and experienced gym-goers can both thrive. With expert programming and a supportive community cheering you on, you’ll see real gains in strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.
