Are the recovery services free?

Yes! They are FREE for all members! It’s best if you book them in through our Member App.

Also if it’s within staffed hours give us a call and we will be more than happy to get it heated up before you get there!

Are classes free?

Depending on what membership you are on, but even if classes aren’t included in your membership you can always join in for $15 a class! Or, if you still are unsure about doing classes, get in contact and we would be happy to give you a free trial, we know they are fantastic and want you to experience them too!

What if I need to cancel?

All memberships require 30 days of notice to cancel. If you are still in contract you will be required to payout the remaining time left. But don’t worry, we’ll go through all of this with you during sign up!

What do I need to bring to the gym?

The only things you must bring is a towel. We recommend you bring a water bottle too! Also, we are a dog friendly gym! So bring your 4 legged family members along, just make sure they are well behaved and they must remain on a leash.

How old do I have to be to train?

You must be 14 years or older to go onto the gym floor, if you are under 16 years old you will have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or guardian will be required during sign up.

What other services do you offer?

We want to be the one stop fitness and recovery shop! At Impact 24/7 you don’t just get 24/7 access to our awesome gym; we have recovery facilities such as an infrared sauna and Normatec Compression Boots, highly trained coaches to guide you through our range of group fitness classes or help you release stress in our yoga and Pilates classes. Our personal trainers are here to guide you to your fitness goals through 1 on 1 training sessions, training programmes and nutrional guidence.
